Designed for horses who need structured stall and turnout care.

• 12 hours stall time / 12 hours turnout daily

• Concrete barn for better climate control

• Fans in every stall for summer comfort

• One bag of shavings per day included (extra available for purchase)

• Blanketing included

• Pastures are regularly cleaned and drug for horse health and safety

• Owners provide grain and hay (pickup/delivery available for an additional fee)

• Extended stall care available (additional fee)

🌿 Pasture Board – $400/month

A simple, natural living option for horses who thrive outside.

• 24/7 small group turnout

• Feed pens available to ensure separate, stress-free feedings

• Pastures are regularly cleaned and drug for horse health and safety

• Owners provide grain and hay (pickup/delivery available for an additional fee)

• Blanketing available for $50/month

• Great option for easy keepers or horses that prefer outdoor living

🌿 Add-On Services

• Grooming/Bathing – $25 per bath

• Exercising – $25 per session

• Trailer Parking – $30/month

• Customizable extra care services are available upon request for an additional cost.
